Honored philately enthusiast

The desire to fill a missing part of the Albanian philatelic heritage brought me the idea of publishing this book.

On the eve of the first Albanian stamp's 105th anniversary, my contributiion is this catalogue will all Albanian Post issued stamps, which is the result of a long and hard team work with my fellow friends and colleagues: Edmond Budo, Jovan Basho, Julian Demeti, Thimi Nika, Vasil Xhitoni, Vaster Dhima, Xhoan Guga, etc., since it's conception, research, development and print. It is them, who I would like to thank heartfully. I would also like to remember with gratitude, my dear passed-away friend Nikolla Xharo, from whom I learned my first lessons in philately.

For the first time everyone interested can use this very unique catalogue that philatelic collectors will benefit. It is published in Albanian and English, with all stamp images in full color and updated current market prices. I kindly welcome all remarks and opinions that will help me make this catalogue even better in its future editions.
